This policy explains what information Thekedaar.pk collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. Thekedaar.pk is a directory and marketplace — every deal is made directly between a buyer and a professional or vendor on WhatsApp, and this policy covers only the platform itself, not those conversations.
Account information — if you sign up, we store your name, email, and role (buyer, vendor, professional). Vendors and professionals additionally provide a business name, phone number, and any portfolio or product images they upload.
Project requests — when you post a request on the homepage, we store the description and phone number you provide so a matching professional can contact you.
Contact messages — the name, email, and message you submit through our contact form.
Chat history — if you use the AI assistant while signed in, we store the conversation so you can resume it later. If you use it without signing in, nothing is saved.
To operate the directory and marketplace: matching project requests to professionals, displaying vendor and professional listings, and running your account. We don't use your information for anything beyond making the platform work, and we don't sell it.
Other users, when you intend it to be shared — a phone number you submit with a project request is shared with the professional matched to that request, so they can reach you on WhatsApp. That's the whole point of the platform.
Service providers — we use Supabase for our database and authentication, Cloudinary for image hosting, and, when configured, Anthropic (for the AI assistant) and Resend or Slack (for internal notifications when you contact us). Each only receives what it needs to do its specific job.
We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can edit or delete your profile information from your dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account entirely, use the contact form — we don't yet have a self-service delete button, but we'll act on the request promptly.
Thekedaar.pk isn't intended for anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
