Thekedaar.pk is a directory and marketplace that connects buyers with construction professionals (Developers, Builders & Contractors, Architects) and material vendors in Lahore. We help you find and get introduced to each other — every actual conversation, negotiation, and transaction happens directly between you and the professional or vendor, on WhatsApp.
Thekedaar.pk doesn't build anything, sell any materials, process any payments, or take any commission. We're not a party to any contract, quote, or agreement you make with a professional or vendor found through the platform, and we don't guarantee the quality, timeliness, or completion of any work or the accuracy of any price. Do your own due diligence — check references, get things in writing, and agree on scope and payment terms directly with whoever you're working with.
"Registered" and "Certified" badges reflect document checks we perform before a listing goes live. They're a starting signal of legitimacy, not a guarantee of the quality of someone's work or a warranty of any kind.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Vendors and professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — misrepresenting your business, your work, or your pricing is grounds for removal.
You keep ownership of any images, portfolio content, or product listings you upload. By uploading them, you're confirming you have the right to do so and giving us permission to display them on the platform.
Don't use Thekedaar.pk to post false listings, harass other users, scrape the platform, or attempt to circumvent how it's meant to work. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
The platform is provided "as is." We work to keep listings accurate and the site running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Thekedaar.pk isn't liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a transaction or interaction between a buyer and a professional or vendor — those relationships are between you and them, not us.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Thekedaar.pk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
